Trafford Gardens Construction Update | December 23

We are pleased to confirm that construction work at the Trafford Gardens development is now well underway.

The enabling works of site clearance, demolition, and remediation were completed smoothly.

The groundworks have begun. This includes the excavation of the basement/car park area of Block B, the piling works that provide a stable foundation platform for both blocks, and the pouring of the foundation of Block B.

The next six weeks will be focused on the continuation of these works. The ground floor ‘slab’ will be poured at the end of January (24).

The framing contractors have already installed the crane in anticipation of lifting in the pre-fabricated components of the core of the building, as well as the steel frame in due course.

The site has been secured by hoarding, with fully branded hoarding to be erected in the New Year.

The existing Edwardian villa has been adapted to house the construction Site Office.

Thus far works have progressed smoothly and Linear remain on track for a successful Q2 2025 delivery.
